This is a major boon to discrimination, dehumanization and elimination from the Trump regime. Trans people aren't "trans", we're "untreatably ill". You don't have to be a historian to see the precedents here: this is an Untermenschen law.

First SCOTUS opinion today. Over nuclear waste storage. It's 6-3 with Gorsuch, Thomas, Alito dissenting. Thankfully the Nuclear Regulatory Commission is still allowed to exist.
