I just want to say wrt the Twitter location discussion that Bluesky also has an increasing amount of non-US accounts pretending to be Americans in the replies to big political threads.
At least I definitely notice the ones with Russian memes in username/pfp/etc and I'm sure there's tons I miss.

Literally nothing is 'carbon neutral'. It is a physical impossibility. If someone's telling you their product has zero climate impact, they're actively deciding to lie to you.
