This is elder abuse. You do not gaslight people who have a tenuous grip on their own memories. It is not sweet; it is not loving. It is you actively making their dementia worse.
The comments on this are all about how sweet it is and I feel insane. Using AI to make fake memories of your grandma with dementia and telling her they happened and then filming her reaction

If you are worried about this and don't want to switch browsers yet, you can buy some time by switching to Firefox ESR. It's a official release from Mozilla, but it adds major features only once per year. So you will be safe from AI for a while (at least 8 months from now).

At SNL I worked with artists who made the funniest, stupidest graphics in no time flat. Some of my biggest jokes would have been impossible without these geniuses building an insane image or finding the perfect real-life photo of a politician. Sucks that their work is being pushed aside for slop.

I'm seeing a lot of "Luigi Mangione might be innocent" takes and I just want to remind you that legally, he IS innocent. Literally every person charged with a crime is legally innocent until and unless a judge or jury finds them guilty. It's not that they MIGHT be innocent. They simply are.

My constituent, Wilmer, was mauled by an ICE attack dog despite the fact that, as he has consistently explained, he was not resisting arrest or trying to flee—his wife and young children, all U.S. citizens, were forced to watch helplessly as Wilmer was violently attacked and dragged away.
