February we get our annual blood draw and physicals, so I have some numbers on cholesterol and sugar and triglycerides, etc. Don't think I can keep this initial weight loss pace (5lbs/2.3kg), but we'll see

So it appears my biggest issue in deadlock is getting souls in a reasonable amount. Do I have any friends that would like to play and chat and kind of give me the ground of when it's okay to wander off of Lane to start Gathering Souls I'd love to play with some folks that are willing to communicate

It sucks losing friends. Even if you only knew them for a little while, or in passing, or your best friend. Even worse when it's sudden and traumatic. Remember the good times, keep your other friends close and use their strength to get by. Tell your friends you love them/are thinking about them.

What a day. Only had three calls but two of them were things. Not going to get into details. ANYWAY, time to do some reports and finish cooking dinner. Maybe after I'll get a workout in.

Surprisingly the pup wanted to go for a walk today in the snow. ACTUALLY, we ran. It was a half mile run. At least it was nice out. Mostly snow here. No freezing rain accumulation, either. Rocking my Minnesota Wild jersey for no reason and my awesome Vans pride gortex boots!
