Honestly, he announces he’s going to do an “address” like this every few months and the networks fall for the idea that he might actually propose something new and not just play the greatest hits. He just misses doing rallies.

3 Dems crossed party lines to vote to jail providers.

It is not expected to pass the Senate, where Dems hold filibuster power.
