I love this series! It's a modern love letter to 1930s pulps with a vibe of Indiana Jones, X-Files, and Supernatural, all with epic, globetrotting thrills and a cast of lovable rogues!

And you know what? It'd make a swell Christmas present to the adventure reader in your life.

Writers you know how it be. You know it's about the long game. Tell me why I got a rejection of my manuscript from a publisher yesterday, two years after my submission to them, a month & a half after this book's publication by another publisher. Keep fighting for your work.

It’s worth noting that the schools are closed, the roads are a mess, there are already accidents, side streets will be impassible, not to mention the terrain here, and the buses are down to a skeleton schedule, and YET there are places not even on a delay.

Marley was dead: to begin with. There is no doubt whatever about that. The register of his burial was signed by the clergyman, the clerk, the undertaker, and the chief mourner. Scrooge signed it: and Scrooge’s name was good upon ’Change, for anything he chose to put his hand to. Old Marley was dead.
