This Protestant work ethic garbage from the government makes me want to scream. A human’s worth is not derived from a willingness to be exploited by capitalists. There is nothing noble or good about being drained of thousands of hours of one’s life so rich people can get richer.

No one forgets their childhood bully. Last I saw, mine was thrice divorced and hard selling MLM weight loss patches on Facebook. Funny how so many of them turn out to be hucksters, still harming others many years later.

Sometimes it’s fun to remind ourselves that all of this is imaginary and would fall apart completely if enough of us stopped believing. Systems built by humans can be dismantled by humans, and after seeing all of the pre-budget drama, I’m convinced it wouldn’t be hard to rip this one to shreds.
