The worst thing is when someone writes a fanfic about their OC getting isekaied into some pre-existing popular media, but they spend the 1st chapter establishing the original setting their OC is being isekaied FROM, and it's actually way more interesting than the media the 'fic is ostensibly about.

I love when folks who mainly design D&D dungeons try to map an above-ground adventure site, but it still has maze-of-twisty-passages VIBES, like the 2nd floor is inexplicably larger than the 1st, and there's gaps between rooms that make sense for tunnels bashed into rock, but not for, like, a house.

I know it's not the *biggest* issue they have ( by a ... long, long way), but - I'm honestly confused by why that site hasn't been sued into oblivion on copyright grounds alone? How exactly do they get away with 'come and talk to the <Specific Copyrighted Character> bot'?

On 11/12/2025, I was in a hit-&-run. My car was totaled & although I'm covered medically et all I have no one to sue for this, & the insurance money I'm getting back (bank comes first) will not be enough to get me back to where I was with car payments.
