Agreed. You have to make sure you are directing your justifiable anger toward the perpetrators.

An easy way to explain luddites:
Textile manufacturers brought in machines that could do in an hour what would have taken 12 hours by hand.
And then, tried to keep paying the now 12x more productive workers the same wages as before.
That's it, that was the problem luddites had. Not complex.

As a C&C & AoE fan I will gladly admit that Starcraft is the finest RFS ever released.
While I prefer the protoss in general, the siege mentality of the Terrans suit me quite fine.

• If you believe in the religion of American Exceptionalism; you will never find a better way.
• If you support US foreign policy, you are an imperialist, and thereby maintain the tools of fascism.

Just as we have public education, I think it would be beneficial if all young adults had an expected phase were they lived alone in a small apartment.
Just in order to learn to clean, cook, do dishes, groceries and handle a monthly budget.
Preferably with some counsel.
It is how we become adults.
