Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday. Not because of the BS narrative of early colonial history, but because I think that getting together with people you care about over a meal to feel gratitude and share time is a wonderful thing we should do more often.

Went to pharmacy to ask why I’d only gotten 24 pills for a medication I’m supposed to take daily (per the Rx) and the system said it was a 90-day refill. Found out the insurance company only covers 24 pills over 90 days.

Needed a couple of things this morning from the hardware store (a bucket in which to brine the turkey and salt for the sidewalks since they’re predicting winter will hit this weekend), and the guy at the Ace Hardware by me was super-helpful. Nice start to the day.
