The Post identified cases of U.S. citizens being targeted by immigration enforcement agents that are documented in video and witness accounts. Lawyers and community leaders said there are many others involving people too frightened to come forward.

Gene Boy Came Home (2007). Another rich if upsetting one. It's about a 17yo who moved from the Odanak Indian Reserve to NY for work, joined the marines, and fought in Vietnam. Despite a gentle tone, the man's memories combine with documentary evidence to create a searing indictment of the US army.

Mamdani described the action as people exercising their free speech, that he looks forward to protecting that right.

He has not previously commented on the community defense.

San Francisco has its problems. But I grew up in the city in the ‘70s when it had the headquarters of what would become a notorious suicide cult, the Embarcadero was a double deck freeway and the mayor and a city supervisor were assassinated by a former cop. Get a grip.

But, Democrats always say things like "Trump doesn't understand the constitution" when they should say "Trump opposes the constitution."
Sen. Kelly: “This is about a president who doesn't want anybody to say anything that he does not like. I don't think he understands the Constitution. I think he is ignorant to the Constitution and the rule of law…This isn't about me. This is about what he will do next.”
