We are bringing hope back to Scottish politics. That's why our polling is climbing and we're now neck & neck with Labour here and across the UK.

The super-rich will throw everything they've got at stopping us though. Join our movement and help us win next May:

EU governments have proposed a watered-down climate target, that won't cut carbon pollution fast enough and is full of loopholes to weaken it more

The EU Parliament's environment committee is about to approve a basically unchanged target

Even the EU's own advisers say this is a major risk

Please read this short thread I wrote here about @georgemonbiot.bsky.social piece on Bill Gates. But this is about far more than Gates, and even all billionaires. It is about the clique of those in the top 1% who have much greater emissions than everyone else, who literally control everything.

Excellent article George, and it saves me having to write it. Billionaires, all of them, are totally delusional, and it seems it's their absurd wealth that addles their brains. Please read my thread here, where I address the elephant in the room being ignored.

I created this thread, as commentary on COP30. I doubt it will be understood, and will probably be seen as radical or extremist, whereas denying this reality, is the extremist and radical position. What I address here is the denial.

At least 133 people died whilst trying to seek safety in the UK last year - the deadliest year on record.

Yet the Government doesn’t officially count these deaths.

Each death is a tragedy. These fatalities must not be ignored.

The law must change so we can #KnowTheirNames.
