Russia's disinformation campaign is currently claiming Nick Reiner killed Rob Reiner because he supports Ukraine and bad news from Ukraine triggered "Ukraine Syndrome". I assume this is found in the same medical textbook as "Trump Derangement Syndrome" and "Russiaphobia".

When I think about NCAR, I don't think "climate research". It's related because WEATHER IS A PRODUCT OF CLIMATE. If you're studying the weather, you're effectively also studying the climate.
