Today is a pretty good reminder of why No Kings and such is so off-putting to me:
it's because liberals have learned so little, and so many of them think this is simply a path "back to normal." and any attempt at showing them the deep rot of their political beliefs ends in "fuck you commie"

Have any Machine Learning developers noticed that 0.00117 is the objectively best initial LR hyperparameter??? Every time I've deviated from setting my initLR to anything other than 0.00117, my gradients explode into some form of infinity
