This happened in my city last week.

Since it seems like the entire world is obsessing over the potential dangers of teens riding ebikes lately, I feel like a reminder is in order: drivers are far and away the greatest threat to your kid and everyone else on the road, and always will be.

Just in case you weren’t sure how awful Doug ford is. The courts ruled against him based on the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms because PEOPLE WILL DIE IF HE REMOVES SAFE BIKE INFRASTRUCTURE. So he’s considering ABUSING the Notwithstanding Clause just for ego and some cheap suburban votes.

The thing with a headline like "how e-bikes came to rule the road" and how they're "outraging other road users", and then the entire article is about what you or I wouldn't call "e-bikes", but "mopeds" or "motorized scooters", shows a real problem here: we can't even name the thing we're mad at
