The “Pathways” trial is, IMO on more than one level, a thoroughly unethical piece of “research” to be carrying out on children, especially children who are part of a marginalised minority.

I remember talking to a GC woman once, long before the SC ruling.
She wasn’t interested if she inadvertently harassed cis women in toilets; all she wanted to do was ‘hunt’ trans women down who were using them.
This is the real legacy of For Women Scotland: mass harassment of women, overwhelmingly cisgender women, from people embolded by transphobia.
A new report from TransActual looks at the impact of the 2025 EHRC interim update on access to, and experiences within, gendered spaces in the UK.

Quite why Maya Forstater thinks her views are more important than the sizeable majority who voted to keep the ponds trans inclusive, as they always have been. But she does. She and her gazillionaire backers have a hearing in the High Court next month - and we're fighting back. goodlaw.social/vs0d

It’s almost crunch time for a legal challenge from an anti-trans pressure group which could see trans people banned from Hampstead women’s pond. We’re not backing down.

The Guardian are reporting a significant increase in Jewish people voting for the Green Party.

It's almost like many of us grew up learning a history of persecution & violence.

We don't oppose the Genocide in spite of being Jewish but because of it.

Never again for everyone.

While it feels like I'm repeatedly slamming my head against a brick wall repeating this massively simple concept. Saying "Reform would be worse" doesn't make what Labour is doing better. Labour is now the most anti-immigration, anti-any marginalised group, government we have seen in decades. 1/
Very long thread: As with many of Labour's anti-immigration policies, this isn't new. British police have been stationed in other countries for this purpose for a long time
It does however show how Labour is pushing more on anti-immigration than previous governments. 1/

Definitely. And deep down they know it…

We now have a government and a gender critical cult muttering to themselves, “This is not how it was supposed to go! It was only supposed to target the tr@nnies!”

And now they don’t know how to extract themselves without admitting they were wrong all along.

Sonia's "suddenly trans people are concerned about gnc cis women" line is so funny, it's not like anyone's been pointing it out since at least the NC bathroom bill way back in 2016. But, that would require actually listening to what we say and that is a complete anathema to gender critters
This is the harm the misogynistic EHRC is causing to ALL women. Their code of practice is deeply disparaging of ALL women.

2/ The instructions are just… fascinating? Well, every piece of public record I’ve uncovered on this subject so far has been fascinating, but this paragraph is exceptional.

It contradicts the Supreme Court directly, comprehensively, and unequivocally.

Imagine, if you can, a parent whose love was not up to the task of saving their child from the environment Wes Streeting has created for young trans people. Imagine the effect on that bereaved parent of a coroner who saw that tragedy as a stage on which to perform their own prejudice.
The tendency of Coroners to ignore guidance from the Chief Coroner, the reality of trans existence, and the wishes of bereaved parents, and express their own views in the death certificate, is both contemptible and unlawful.

We have a legal team ready to go; we will challenge it in the High Court.

Those of you who know my work know that misgendering on death certificates has been a preoccupation of mine for several years now. I have been really concerned to hear that even though we now have specific guidance on the issue, there are some Coroners who have not been following it.

Of course she has. Transphobia is rooted in misogyny so this is the obvious next step. It's Christofascism.
Kathleen Stock has written an article against "abortion permissiveness". She claims abortion requires "justification" saying the state should limit "unacceptable decision-making" by women about their own bodies.

This is who anti-trans activists proclaim as the feminist thought leaders of our time.

The UK is considering a policy that would effectively segregate trans people from society. It would bar trans people from "single sex spaces" even when they use the facility of their sex assigned at birth.

This is a full on policy of segregation without even the benefit of separate facilities.
