Having to clean house seems rather optimistic in terms of who will actually be left after 4 years. We're only 10 months in.
Trump will not just be four years of bad management. The culture of these organizations will be fucked for a long time. The pressure to retaliate and clean house will be strong, and no-one wants to work in a war zone.

There's an entire conversation to be had around Evangelical mega churches, and how theologicaly transactional it is, that is impossible to have without offending people
I genuinely think that evangelical Christianity becoming Like This is largely the result of a theological system that removes essentially all accountability for one's actions as soon as one becomes "saved". If one's conduct towards others no longer matters, it becomes much easier to justify Trump.
