I had a small health scare late last month. Edema in my feet, legs, and hands had me all puffy and haggard and convinced I was about to keel over. I'm fine now! I was just feeling the consequences of eating super poorly and guzzling energy drinks (plural) on the daily. Still. What a wake up call.
