The last annual review concluded the SS Richard Montgomery was perfectly safe!

The most (only) interesting thing about Dick Cheney to me was that at one point he had a specific type of artificial heart that functioned like an aquarium filter. It kept his blood circulating constantly, so he literally *had no pulse* from 2010 to 2012 (when he got a heart transplant).
