Ketamine is not special or weird. It's useful and like anything else, it should be used with skill. Focusing the discourse on ketamine instead of naziism and unchecked power only serves to further stigma.
I understand this sentiment, but 2 things. First, it’s effective messaging to note that Elon is high on K while destroying the country. Second, K is not like pot, or or even cocaine. It’s horse tranquilizer.

The way Trump talks about Canada, Greenland etc is straight up like a rapist. He seems to openly take pleasure in showing how little he cares for our consent and agency. That is what's causing the threat level people are perceiving IMO.

This is probably the most insidious thing about Trumpism as an ideology. It's negatively polarizing people against the idea of helping other people in any way at all, *even if they themselves benefit too*.
one curious feature of our particular dismal political era: some people have gotten so addicted to the particular vice signaling around empathy / concern for other people that they seem to see evidence that something will benefit others as evidence that it will harm them
Anyway, this is about as gross and anti-social a statement from an antivaxxer as you'll find, but also probably pretty par for the course

The way you push the bully back is by revoking permission, not once it’s gone too far, but every time it is tested, and then revoking permission for bullying things that had previously been permitted. It’s by drawing clear lines that harm is not acceptable, and then—crucially—by not accepting it.
