Today I have lost 15 lbs since December. I still have about 7 more to go to get the last of my prednisolone weight off. I bought a Fitbit, counted calories, and exercised. Pred is awful, awful stuff and multiple rounds of high doses took their toll.

Exams were last week, our gradebook locks tonight, Chromebooks are turned in today. The next two days are weird schedules due to awards and a fun day. I'm hoping not too many show up after today. We are going outside for the metric Mini-Olympics today. #bfc530
