Reminder, if you receive an annual performance review, and you don’t get an opportunity to rate your boss’s performance, you work somewhere in a top down hierarchy for a tyrant. The work place should be democratic, not a dictatorship.

Democratize the work place. Management should come from the ranks of workers and managers should be elected by their peers on an annual basis. If your boss is a prick you should be able to vote the bastard out.

This must go hard for people who still believe the myth that federal debt is like household debt, or that when big number goes up we all somehow magically benefit equally. If you exclude AI companies & data centers from the economic stats, the economy remains in perpetual stagflation.
