Wrote about arguably my favorite topic in all of sports: Jerry Jones spending $1.2 billion on a stadium built at the exact orientation so the sun shines directly into players eyes during the months when the Cowboys play football:

The Lions offensive line just got a lot better, as one the game's greats will return -- Center Frank Ragnow is returning. Sounds like he's in shape and ready to roll sooner, rather than later.

Happy Thanksgiving to the Lions.

The PaleyFest Pluribus panel I moderated is now up on YouTube. (My favorite part comes around the 33-minute mark, where Rhea Seehorn off the cuff expertly dissects an aspect of Carol she hadn't even thought about before.)

The Detroit Lions being good now is really weird for someone who was born and raised in a Lions home. I'm still not sure how to react.

I think all things considered this is my favorite-ever Michigan win over OSU. Missing their best defensive player. Missing their best offensive player. QB puts up this line and you still win in Ohio. Just glorious.

Ohio State shouldn’t be allowed to win a national championship after that. There should be a Playoff auto-DQ rule if you lose as a 20-plus point favorite. At that point you are obligated to play in the Citrus Bowl
