You can save yourself even more time by realizing that most people confrontationally saying "What rights have trans people lost?" aren't asking a question, they're stating the belief that trans people haven't lost any rights in a way that gives them plausible deniability.

Moving on: earlier this evening, someone accessed and used Stovey's account to claim that she had:
1. "Exaggerated" claims of revenge porn and harassment to "gain sympathy";
2. Used Hoku's account to raise money; and
3. Admitted herself into a facility, with the rescue story being fabricated.
Posts from someone using Stovey's account @stovey.thequeer.house: 1. "It's time to set things straight. This isn't Stovey but their other half. Firstly the leaked photos of Stovey were real but it was over exaggerated and used as leverage to gain sympathy from others. Stovey did have amental break and there was a suicide attempt made, but not as told by Hoku." 2. "The account Hoku is a real person but Stovey had access to it and was posting on it during all of this Stovey is safe physically but self-admitted themselves and now is in treatment. This was brought to my attention because I was doxxed. All donations will be refunded if it hasn't already." 3. "This is most likely the second time this has happened because the story of Stovey punching the nazi si true, but the need for funds/MA was also over exaggerated. I'm very mad that it was used as a tool for leverage against people who seem to have really cared. 4. "I apologize to everyone who has been affected by Stovey's actions. It was blatant abuse of trust and it's horrible. This post will stay up for 24 hours and then the account will be deleted for an indefinite amount of time and most likely completely deleted."

NEWS: SCOTUS allows Mississippi to enforce a restrictive internet-access law without explanation. Kavanaugh writes to say it is likely unconstitutional but he is voting to allow it, only repeating the legal rule for his reasoning.

I concur in the Court's denial of NetChoice's application for interim relief because NetChoice has not sufficiently demonstrated that the balance of harms and equities favors it at this time. See Response in Opposition 37-39. To be clear, NetChoice has, in my view, demonstrated that it is likely to succeed on the merits-namely, that enforcement of the Mississippi law would likely violate its members' First Amendment rights under this Court's precedents. It's so simple and yet so shocking & in your face at the same time. I need to consider getting one, the first time I got a shirt regarding trans rights (an ACLU one I think) I was nervous AF to wear it because I'm not trans and I'm so damn shy and all, but never again. too much at stake.
