there was never going to be a world in which the right didn’t claim the left was celebrating the death of charlie kirk, no matter how respectable anyone tried to be.

You can save yourself even more time by realizing that most people confrontationally saying "What rights have trans people lost?" aren't asking a question, they're stating the belief that trans people haven't lost any rights in a way that gives them plausible deniability.

🧵 The numerous contradicting claims that Stovey (@/ stovey.thequeer.house) fabricated a story to manipulate people into giving her money are messy, reek of harassment, demonstrably untrue in some cases, and likely originate from the people who led to her hospitalization in the first place.

Moving on: earlier this evening, someone accessed and used Stovey's account to claim that she had:
1. "Exaggerated" claims of revenge porn and harassment to "gain sympathy";
2. Used Hoku's account to raise money; and
3. Admitted herself into a facility, with the rescue story being fabricated.

Call your representatives and urge them to oppose KOSA, IODA and the SCREEN act.

Mention what is happening in mississippi
NEWS: SCOTUS allows Mississippi to enforce a restrictive internet-access law without explanation. Kavanaugh writes to say it is likely unconstitutional but he is voting to allow it, only repeating the legal rule for his reasoning.

No one else wrote a word.

HOLY SHIT

It's so simple and yet so shocking & in your face at the same time. I need to consider getting one, the first time I got a shirt regarding trans rights (an ACLU one I think) I was nervous AF to wear it because I'm not trans and I'm so damn shy and all, but never again. too much at stake.

Health insurers are limiting coverage of prosthetic limbs, questioning their necessity.

New reporting finds that fewer than half of people with limb loss have been prescribed a prosthesis because plans are denying coverage.

About 2.3 million people in the US has lost a limb.
Health Insurers Limit Coverage of Prosthetic Limbs, Questioning Their Medical Necessity - KFF Health News
Advocates say it is discrimination and are arguing for “insurance fairness” on the grounds that people who have joints surgically replaced typically don’t face the same kinds of coverage challenges.

I dove into a Wonka Acid Tunnel of 90s wrastlin’ camp w/ @comfortingmoo.online on this week’s @mnffpod.bsky.social.

We went off the ropes discussing the performance art, gender, politics, & sexual pathology of 90s wrestling as a pulp genre.

How clocky does my voice sound? 🧐
