Remember how I said I have it written into my foreign-language contracts that my work has to be translated by an actual human? This shit is why.
Those book translations are gonna suck. They'll save money putting out books that are going to be painful to read. That's not a great long-term strategy.

Rob Reiner was a good guy. He made a lot of movies about good guys, in worlds where not everyone was good and you didn’t have to be good. He made movies about people trying. He was angry, as many hopeful people are. He knew the world could be better and he wanted it to be. His death is devastating.

An excellent read, especially for those of us who are old-school TTRPG gamers!
I named my fists “Fafrhd” and “the Gray Mouser” because one hand has six fingers and the other has thirteen and my options were limited.
I named my fists "Dunning" and "Kruger" because I haven't trained in any sort of martial art but am confident I would do pretty well.
I named my fists Chekhov and Gun because you know they're coming but you don't know when
