this is always the week my anxiety builds about getting things I ordered on time for Christmas.
I try hard to order early but seem to always be waiting for the last few things to get here!

If any time I've educated you has been of value pls consider paying me or anyone in the replies for labor. You're asking us to rest in places of trauma for your edification. It's time that work was recognized as WORK.

Natives reply with your pay links.

I am begging folks to understand that even if preventative care is covered 100% by insurance that does NOT make it free.
People are paying monthly insurance premiums.
If I am paying $200 a month, I am paying $4800 a year for preventative care.

oh cool another discussion about accommodations for disabled people not centered on or giving the mic to disabled people.

and so does the absolutely toxic idea of policing disabled people… to protect disabled people.

i can’t imagine what kind of mind can put those 2 thoughts together without lighting on fire
We need to be able to see that the line "accommodations have gone too far" is an expression of the ableist notion that disabled students do not belong in higher ed. Its fundamentally an anxiety about the fact that disabled students get an "advantage" over abled students.

fairly certain I was bamboozled by a computer generated bread machine dinner roll dough recipe last holiday/week.
I rescued the dough by removing it from my bread machine and working on it, adding large (hard to say for certain but close to quarter cup) amount of water and kneading
amd kneading, etc

let us not forget these fools are paying me my hourly wage to stumble through open enrollment this week trying to figure out costs versus benefits, choosing med insurance plan, life ins, short and long term disability ins, dental.. vision...

so I think a reason "some folks" really REALLY want everyone to use these slop producing bags of jumbled words is because they believe with more input, life will 'happen' and then THEY will have a receptacle for inputting themselves to achieve immortality.

I've seen people say that getting attached to ChatGPT is like "believing the stripper really loves you", but that's not true. It's more like believing that the dryer personally composed that little jingle on a lonely sockless night just to win your affections.

I was diagnosed with #HIV in 1998, when I was 30.
Many of my friends had died of AIDS. I did not expect to live to 50.
I’m 58 now.
HIV treatment works.
Treatment also makes it impossible for me to pass HIV on during sex.
Ensure HIV treatment for all.
End HIV stigma.

We performed Hallelujah Chorus with 5 other area high school choirs when I was a senior, and I ALMOST got my religion back.
Hearing all our voices together filling the huge auditorium was indescribable and humbling.

For very same reasons, Carol of the Bells
I don't care about Jesus, but the second answer is "Jingle Bell Rock".
If we demand a first answer, I'll go with the Hallelujah chorus because it's fun to sing. (I sung in a lot of choirs, and know... all the Christmas songs. All of them.)
What is your favorite "Christian" Christmas song and what is your favorite "Secular" Christmas song?

I will probably always adore "O Come All Ye Faithful" and "God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen" for Christian.

And "Christmas (Baby Please Come Home)" for secular.
