What Omar has failed to include is that when I did eventually steal a car, I didn’t control it well and immediately ran over a person. So from zero crime to on the run for murder just like that. It’s a slippery slope…

Was reminded by @annabelcwrites.bsky.social the other day of the time she tried to play Grand Theft Auto IV, but refused to steal any cars, or break the law in any way, because the main character was starting a new life and she didn’t want him to fall into a life of crime.
