Pour celles et ceux qui comptent voter le budget de la sécu aujourd'hui :

L'article 19 prévoit d'exclure de l'Affection Longue Durée (ALD) des millions de personnes, qui ne vont du coup plus voir leurs soins remboursés totalement.

Cela va par exemple concerner 1,5 million de diabétiques.

Il n’est pas rare de voir en consultation des patients présentant ces symptômes après un #Covid avec des répercussions sur leur activité quotidienne
Et ils n’ont pour la majorité jamais entendu parler de #CovidLong malgré des passages chez les spécialistes ou au Service des Urgences

Long Covid can impact anyone regardless of age or health status. Women can be at higher increased risk of severe outcomes. There is not enough awareness of long Covid very little help for sufferers. COVID has been politicised so I believe out there many struggle on not wanting to label 🧵

Just heard about this huge (49 state) long covid trial using tirzepetide (aka zepbound) one of the newer glp meds. It’s run by researchers at scripps, funded by the eric & wendy schmidt foundation. It looks like it is still enrolling, fully remote participation:
