"Tax tapas" 🎯
Added to that, the "tax tapas" approach they're going for seems likely to involve taking away all sorts of other goodies - salary sacrifice benefits, pension tax benefits - from a similar upper middle income working age bit of the electorate. I think they will notice.

Product management: you have two weeks to get me 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, or 13 cows.
Systems design: you have two cows. one of the cows dies; it drops 25 xp, 2x leather, 1x meat.

Narrative design: you have two cows. one of the cows dies; the other cow uses a salience-based storylet system to react with an appropriate bark ("moooo")

On shared mental models: developers sandbag estimates when they do not understand what's being asked. A lot of product management effort is spent on managing those sandbagged estimates, rather than on creating the clarity that will obviate the need for them.

Between the 1991, 2001, 2011 and 2021 Census *every* ethnic group in the UK has become *less* geographically segregated and *all* groups, majority and minorities, are more likely to interact with people not like them

This is really good. It's important for people to take coding with agentic AI seriously. Not with breathless excitement, nor blinkered skepticism. But as a tool with strengths, weaknesses, and skills in use
Today I published my second post with practical advice on how to get the most out of agentic AI coding tools. This time I talk about how much you should get the LLM to do for you.
