Great news that the Senate has passed the bill forcing the DOJ to release its Epstein file. Now Bondi must comply. But our work cannot stop there. We need to force the Treasury to release the Epstein bank records too. I have a bill to make that happen. FOLLOW THE MONEY.

Well, that was something. Showed up for deportation defense training in Borough Park, trainers arrived, said there was “evolving situation” in Bensonhurst, were we up for heading there, we said Hell yeah, went and met folks on the ground, ICE ended up driving out of the hood with no one detained 🔥✊

(b) In response to the congressional redistricting in Texas in 2025, and notwithstanding any other provision of this Constitution or existing law, the single-member districts for Congress reflected in Assembly Bill 604 of the 2025–26 Regular Session pursuant to the requirements of Chapter 5 (commencing with Section 21400) of Division 21 of the Elections Code shall temporarily be used for every congressional election for a term of office commencing on or after the date this subdivision becomes operative and before the certification of new congressional boundary lines drawn by the Citizens Redistricting Commission pursuant to subdivision (d).

The election of Donald Trump and his continued presidency is a catastrophic failure of the U.S. Constitution and our political institutions on the scale of the Civil War. We should spend the next decade reforming our laws and rules to ensure that nothing like it ever happens again.

So, just so everyone understands: the Epstein Files Transparency Act that's being voted on today allows for NO redaction of the names of people mentioned in the files, other than victims.
