As it nears the end of my workday i am thinking about all the things i want to do with my evening and they are not multitask compatible and this often freezes me into doom scrolling instead. I want to read book and cook and watch a show and vc with my friend at the same time.

When we say men pursue procreation & marriage for the social status of obtaining property, this is what we mean. When we say men want children like kids want puppies, as playmates, toys to play with at their leisure, to be tourists in their lives, this is what we mean.

When talking in general about crime impacts, my solution is always "have an incredibly robust transit system so that you can just say 'guess I'm bussing today!' without thinking"
