With RFK Jr taking over The Department of Health and Human Services, information on diseases will be hindered. It has already started. For instance—The CDC reports there are only 14 cases of measles across the US, when in fact there are 48 in Texas alone.

I tried to drop out of the news as much as I could, so I could rest up from whatever I’m sick with—and from my dips back in, I cannot imagine how anyone who can only give the news like ten, twenty, maybe thirty half-distracted minutes each day has any hope right now of staying connected to reality
