hi folks!
i have a new project up at @esnupi.me. it’s a bot that randomly posts one Peanuts comic strip per hour. it’s got nearly 18,000 in there.
i conceptualized this Monday night, then spent 13hrs learning JS, getting all the strips, and programming it. tl;dr please follow it’ll make me happy :)

Turns out that NPR and PBS' pandering to the right still didn't save their funding. Maybe there's a lesson here for media that think that tilting to the right will spare them from accusations of "liberal bias."
The rescission bill has passed the Senate. Once it passes the House, as expected, the Corporation for Public Broadcasting's budget will be zeroed out for the first time since 1967, back when TV stations still broadcast in black and white.

Please pay attention. I called hospital central line for advice. I called fire/ems central line. You know what they told me. Call 911. You aren't thinking straight. You're literally physically impaired. You are what 911 was for. You should have called before. You're not special. And now you are.
Major lesson was that if injury is not getting better as expected, longer you wait until you need an ambulance crew because you can't even crawl anymore from the pain, is putting off the inevitable, and resulting in days of agony.
