Retired in 2020 after 45 years in sports journalism. I hate the GOP and Tangerine Palpatine with the heat of 1,000 suns. Still not famous enough for a Wikipedia page.
No longer The Great One.
Just Wayne.
Yes, that is Wayne Gretzky golfing with Trump

I don't. I just worry about getting my hopes up. I sincerely want to see ALL OF THEM in jail for rest of their lives.
Don't underestimate the gross incompetence of these people .

Prevent leaking any of the files. Like, not allowing the agents to have their phones to photograph pages. Having 1,000 agents divide the work so they couldn't understand story lines. If the agents could only rely on their memory of what they worked on, it's just hearsay evidence.
Prevent what?
December 1, 2025 at 4:22 AM
Maybe so.
But you gotta think there are some safeguards in place to prevent this.
On the other hand, an FBI run by Kash App Patel is inherently incompetent.
Prediction:

Leaks on the Epstein files redactions will come from the 1000 FBI agents DOJ used to rush redactions. No way all are lardass' loyalists.

Yes. Or ask the guest, "Sir, which states have gas average prices under $2 and what are the average prices in those states? If you can't provide this info, I have to assume you're lying."
Just once I'd like to hear a TV news anchor say, "Sir, that's not true, and if you keep insisting it is, we're going to end this interview to protect our viewers from further disinformation. And we won't invite you back."
HASSETT: Gas prices dropped below $2 a gallon in a lot of places

CORDES: Gas prices on average are still at $3 a galloon

HASSETT: For a few states they got below $2
December 1, 2025 at 12:46 AM
So, you smiling liar, tell us which states have average gas prices below $2.
Number of states where average gas prices are below $2:

Zero.

Number of states where average gas prices are anywhere NEAR $2:

Zero.

Allow me to clarify:
"We comply with all federal orders that are lawful and binding. (The federal orders we disagree with, we ignore.)"
KARL: Did you know about the judge's order when you issued your order for the planes to continue?

KRISTI NOEM: This is an activist judge. We comply with all federal orders that are lawful and binding.

An adult offering a mature, reasoned take on a 50-year-old college football coach who often acts like he's 15.

This - Kiffin, Ole Miss, LSU, the college football calendar - is the most shyt show three-ring circus of shyt shows three-ring circuses.
Two things can be true: Lane Kiffin is a villain for doing this, and the CFB calendar is screwed up.

Miami not making the conference championship game for increasingly obscure and tortured reasons is honestly very funny
It just dawned on me that Miami fired Manny Diaz to make room for Mario Christobal and Diaz is going to make an ACC Conference Title Game before Christobal

I agree with this 100%.
Got in the car and drove for 10 minutes. Pitt radio broadcast gave the score of the game zero times. This is a huge pet peeve of mine with radio broadcasters. You can never give the score enough times. People are listening in bits and pieces. Give the score. GIVE THE SCORE.

With conference expansion and eliminating divisions, I foresaw how tiebreakers could create chaos like we’re seeing in the ACC.
To me it’s even more bizarre that each league does its own thing for tiebreakers.
we had conference divisions for a reason and the tiebreaker here is "higher conference opponent winning percentage" which is not something anybody — the players on the field, even the coaches — even had any control over
For real though. Chaos is great but having to watch a bad 7-5 Duke team in a conference title game while an actual good team sits home because of tiebreaker minutiae is just bad

19 year old freshman just wants to go home for Thanksgiving to see her family, she gets deported to Honduras.

Former President of Honduras who’s serving 45 years in prison for drug trafficking?

He gets a full presidential pardon.

Both are Honduran. Only one is a criminal.

Same.
Look, I loathe Ohio State and all. But, I just put it on Fox before the game and they had Dave Portnoy on there saying some shit. This man singlehandedly makes me wanna see the Buckeyes win by 40.

Why are the fans sitting on one side of the stadium at Illinois?
November 30, 2025 at 1:33 AM
100% correct.
Michigan was more worried about guarding the M logo on midfield after the game then they did about not getting their ass whooped 😂😂😂

I believe it was The Dude who famously said. “Like, that’s just your opinion, man.”
I get why you have former coaches and players doing stuff like studio shows and color commentary on broadcasts. But their analysis of things like playoff rankings is no more informed than the average person on the street.

Trump watched "Wag The Dog" and thought it was a documentary.
Whatever's in the Epstein files must be really damaging to Trump considering he's willing to start a war over it.

And the other obvious distractions like sending troops onto our streets.

Trump saw "Wag The Dog" and thought it was a documentary.
Creating a military conflict with Venezuela gives this administration a legal "hook" to invoke the Alien Enemies Act. In other words, the foreign war is being manufactured in order to facilitate court deference for its domestic mass deportation policy. It's a Stephen Miller Special.
