He should get a harsher sentence for planning badly

It just doesn't feel like "tech" because it mostly produces kinda boring blue collar jobs instead of billionaires

Sincerely, this is a "look what they took from us" thing for me. I agree Robocop 2 stinks, give or take the robots, but buffing all the skankiness out of studio films makes them less memorable; mandating that everyone onscreen be hot means not just no new Noonans but no Duvall-style character stars.
"Robocop 2" is a bad movie on its own merits but it's a perfect example of a genre of film that only existed in the 80s and 90s which was: a bad action movie saved by the fact that both the protagonist and the antagonist are played by really weird actors.
