i keep banging this drum but the shift away from forums and chat rooms (heavily moderated for bullshit but leeway to actually call people out) to social media (policing tone not rhetoric) has been one of the biggest factors in unleashing a machine on the public that overloads them with shit.

Even the center-right European People's Party voted for the declaration.
It will form a foundation for their position at the UN Commission on the Status of Women.

I visited Slipseer to have a peek at the user reviews and immediately saw some tedious scrote bleating about how QBJ3 is "political" and "LGBT propaganda". Thankfully the admins ripped them a new one and banned them. Slipseer are a good bunch, it seems.
I downloaded Quake Brutalist Jam 3 and I can't get it to run properly, which is baffling and also frustrating because I want to play the map called "Penis Day at the Gym"

Democratizing the arts looks like universal income, low-barrier grants for both emerging and working artists, well-funded municipal arts & recreation programs, vibrant third spaces, and a well-funded public school system with progressive curriculum.
