Of course they leave "trans" out as it's taken for granted it's absolutely fine to discriminate against us.

Cis people deserve reform. Give them a taste of what they happily put us through.
BREAKING 🚨 | Reform announce plans to legalise discrimination.

Plans include scrapping the Equality Act, which would legalise discrimination against a worker if they were a woman, disabled, black, pregnant or gay.

Straight-up, unvarnished, unconcealed white supremacy from the US State Department. This is a literal repeat of the 'white crisis' which led to the idea of the racially exclusive 'West' in the decades up to the 1930s. These aren't even echoes any more - it's a mirror image.
There’s little I hate more than white supremacist “we’re the inheritors of ancient Mesopotamia and Israel and Athens and Rome” rhetoric, but claiming this has been a single civilization over millennia is just a fascist cherry on top

Yes, this is a real UK High Court Judge dismissing a blatant breach of privacy rights - placing vulnerable people at proven risk of harassment, abuse and violence - as merely “gossip at work”.

How are such ignorant people allowed to hold positions of unchecked power?
High Court dismisses fears Trans+ people would be outed as “gossip at work” in rejection to challenge to EHRC single-sex guidance.

FOI reveals the EHRC holds zero minutes of meetings with trans-led organisations in the past 5 years.

This is the UK’s 'equality' regulator.

Trans voices are not important enough for the EHRC to keep a record of what was said. This should be a headline in all the papers.

Turkey isn't the first place you'd think of as being a defender of trans rights, and you'd be right, it isn't.

But it IS ranked higher for trans rights than the UK! I kid you not.

18.5% compared to UK's 6.57% in the ILGA Rankings.

They’re announcing that they plan to strip women and girls (the main beneficiaries of the Equality Act) of their rights and protections next.

We told you so.

It was always transphobia.

Hate all the way down:
Braverman is now lambasting equalities policies, saying Reform would scrap the equalities brief and repeal the Equality Act. Giving her this role - any role, in fact - does feel like quite a risk for Reform.

The Greens have changed, and attacks on the only left wing party are a bad look.

I rate you as a person. As a Labour MP, you're the enemy of progressive politics.

NEVER tell me you're a Labour supporter again, unless you're telling me that you're my enemy.

These MPs. Edinburgh Leith, North Northumberland, Birmingham Edgbaston, Gower, Pendle & Clitheroe, Mitcham and Morden.

All of them low-rent MPs, not the cabinet GCs. But the party is RIDDLED with them.

This is something - that's actually very obvious - we badly need politicians to be saying & respect to Mr Polanski for saying it.

Labour 'allies' - take note.

This is the most important thing you will read this weekend. Make sure you do and that you act on it. This is not a drill.

Labour’s Trans Section 28 is shameful and disgusting and, more than any else, demonstrates how low the party has fallen. Every Labour MP needs to feel the heat about this.

I've been flicking through @nicklowles.bsky.social book & it's incredibly depressing.

From what I can see it doesn't mention trans people once. Despite the very obviuos, well understood transphobia to far right pipeline.

It's the constant erasure, that belief 'trannies don't matter'

New post: LABOUR'S SECTION 28 IS HERE - ACT NOW.

I explain how the Labour government's proposed revisions to the guidance on "keeping children in education" are designed to erase trans children in England. But it's not a done deal - there is plenty we can do to oppose this.
Labour’s Section 28 is here – act now
In May 1988, the Conservative government introduced Section 28. This legal measure outlawed support for “homosexuality as a pretended family relationship” across Britain, especially in …

Please ask the journalist to update to your commentary to recognise how awful this guidance is for trans kids.

@genderedintelligence.co.uk what is *wrong* with you?

This guidance advocates *routine outing* - this will put YP at risk. The guidance says *nothing* about how to support YP whose families are hostile.
The entire guidance treats being trans as negative.
