Just some guy who likes Arsenal & the NY Mets. And the Buffalo Bills. We will not be discussing the Sabres…

That’s not a touchdown, but holy shit the Bills deserve nothing less. Disgraceful.

As I was saying…
Holy hell the Sabres game earlier was easier to watch than the Bills tonight.

You know, at this point it might be less painful to the fans if Terry Pegula sold the Sabres to an owner who promised to move the team as far away as possible instead of, you know, continuing to inflict this atrocity upon us.

Just a thought.

Eventually. 🙄

The thing is, I’m pretty sure these all majority black cities and I’m worried that Trump will eventually try to occupy them too at some point. The fact that they are in Republican-controlled states isn’t a gotcha so much as evidence of how they’ve been maligned by their state governments.
“The four cities of populations larger than 100,000 with the highest murder rates in 2024 are in Republican states: Jackson, Mississippi (78.7 per 100,000 residents), Birmingham, Alabama (58.8), St Louis, Missouri (54.1) and Memphis, Tennessee (40.6).”

BREAKING: ICE is sending Russian dissidents back to Russia. When the dissidents arrived in Russia, the Russian authorities were given documents relating to their asylum applications in the US which under US law are confidential. This seems to be part of a secret agreement between Trump and Putin.

I know it’s all bad faith bs BUT I keep thinking about how the whole “reason” we apparently can’t pass any effective gun control legislation to prevent mass shootings is the idea that we need an armed populace in case the federal government decides to invade our cities and towns.

Like??????????
you'd think the governor of illinois basically going "we're being invaded by an authoritarian" would be something you'd see real easy on the front page of most everything an hour later
