I heard a disturbing but compelling fact yesterday - on ABC News 24 (must have snuck it in before management got to them) - in the last century there was 6 days above 45degrees in an area in Aust - but this century - there has been 6 days already.

Working right now, and I think one of the hardest things for people to allow themselves to believe, for many different reasons, is that power is the currency sadism values above any other.
