But we didn't have economic stagnation for the working class. We had a period of unusually *high* wage growth for low income workers.

and this is doubly right because rightwing podcasts are just repeating and reinforcing the kinds of things that right-leaning listeners already believe, for maximum engagement. if you wanted to understand the rightwing worldview it's stupid to do it through the podcaster middleman
You don't have to do this at all, you can just talk to normal people around you and they can puncture this. They will also have the benefit of being real people, and you can evaluate if the things that they are saying are true based on inference vs just going "hmm".

The basic issue is that there are people whose whole “thing” is going to protests, and then there are people who go to protests because something happened they want to protest, and the latter group is 100x more important and should be catered to, but protests are invariably led by the former
This is absolutely a huge problem in protest culture and it’s a major obstacle to allowing protests to grow. People are turning up to protests to fight Trump, ICE, recent abuses. Invariably the speakers are going off about 200 years of stolen land or US imperialism, and many of those people leave.
