Anyone who suggests “death penalty without appeal” as punishment for anything is some combination of
A) not discussing in good faith
B) too stupid to understand the ramifications
C) evil.

Aside from the everything the inclusion of "without appeal" is a special kind of thoughtless and depraved. It sounds tough like you're amplifying punishment but an appeal isn't a mercy it's a check.
All drug use outside palliative care should be criminalized and possession of dealer quantities should be punishable by death without appeal.
