here is an insane thing I have learned: it appears that nobody has any real idea of how much actual, functional GPU capacity exists. Not "in progress," not "set to come online," I mean actual functional in-use capacity.

Kinda numbing to see the number of times the phrase "independent agency" shows up in news stories about the president telling them what to do. The sheer percentage of parts of our government that were apparently just handshake agreements is stunning

I went from listening to my audiobooks on my walk to and from work - then while I get ready for work - then while I do chores over the weekend - and now I listen WHILE I'M IN THE SHOWER so yeah if the number of books I read this year gets higher that's the reason why
