Xanat Sobrevilla of OCAD says that immigrants taken in the Chicago area during the last few months are currently scattered in 28 immigration detention centers across 12 states, including Michigan, Indiana, Texas, Oklahoma, & Arizona. She says hundreds if not thousands should be eligible for release.
