guys we have to stop conflating Third Way - a specific pressure group with a largely dumb agenda - and "The Democrats."

I think so many of people’s lack of media literacy and unwillingness to consider moral complexities that aren’t strict black/white dichotomies comes from parents not teaching kids how to read as God intended: with books kids are far too young to read kept within in easy reach of an 8 year old.

I will take performances like Walton Goggins as the Ghoul in Fallout in that makeup or any Marvel actor in a mask/cowl or anyone in Sinners over anything tubs of expired mayonnaise like TimTam Charcuterie or Leo ‘I only date children’ manages to excrete in some ‘prestige’ bland bullshit movie.

Just to riff. I think it's important to remember that before Bernie 2016, the (left) organizing world had really embraced intersectionality as at least nominally aspirational.

When universities tout their partnerships with OpenAI, parents, faculty and everyone really should be asking how they intend to account for the increasing evidence that their technology is hurting people, especially young and vulnerable people. How many instances of harm will be enough?
