A charcoal drawing on toned paper I did of a photograph I took of my friend's daughter. The angle is from below, and the lighting is creating subtle eerie shadows. I wanted a macabre effect to this art, it is unclear if this is a floating head... and also her eyes are translucent, so she appears in a trance. There are mysterious marking down the side of her cheek. Close up pencil drawing of an eye looking to it's left/straight forward, with what looks like spiders legs crawling out from the bottom lid. There appears to be bits of spider web around the eye. I wanted to create the effect of a sinister symbiotic relationship. The 'host' looks strangely complicit. The artwork is entitled 'Home'. Pencil and charcoal portrait of agent cooper from twin peaks. The light source is from the viewers right, and casting strong shadows to the right of his face (viewer's left). Black and white. Graphite pencil drawing + watercolour on toned paper of a close up of a woman's face. She is in profile, only her nose and mouth is visible. She appears to have quite a sharp tooth. I have added colour tones in photoshop. Her nose and lips have a reddish tone, almost like blood. She has a scar/cut on her cheek. The art is called 'Drained'.
