Life is hell for civilians. They rely on our donations to survive.

"Nintendo investors are spooked and dumping shares because there aren't any major titles announced for 2026" it's so sick that the investor class is like this. Yeah man, you figured it out, Nintendo forgot to plan past the first 6 months of the new console, they're gonna have to pull an all nighter.

Every over-the-top statement from Miller, Homan, etc. should be heard as "this was supposed to be easy, I imagined everyone cowing in fear, it's very frustrating that they're not."
Minnesota protestors aren't just helping their community, they're bogging down the regime, protecting other cities too.
Yes, I think statements from Miller and Homan are frustration that they've been dragged into a massive mess that's slowed the entire process way down and bogged down far too many resources.

But the Trump rule of never backing down prevents them from changing course.
The intended timeline was absolutely to have already pacified Minnesota and moved on to Chicago and Detroit.

I say over and over again that Trump would not be possible without the sewer of mis- and disinformation.
Despite years of "economic anxiety" discourse, the core drivers of Trump support have always been bigotry and misinformation.

This is a pretty severe escalation from CBS, just straight up lying like this.
BREAKING: The ICE agent who fatally shot Renee Good last week in Minneapolis, Jonathan Ross, suffered internal bleeding to the torso following the incident, according to two U.S. officials briefed on his medical condition.

INDUSTRY SEASON 4 (Down & Kay, 2026)
In The Naked Gun the evil world-destroying billionaire boasts that you can still say the original title for the Black-Eyed Peas' "Let's Get It Started" in his private club, and as it turns out, this exact kind of insane elite overreaction to being told "no" is the primary reason we have fascism now.

Labyrinth as an anime would've blow up to massive success. Plus, I'm sensing a lot of fanart of The Goblin King would qualify as the next Tumblr Sexyman.
Just hear me out on this one. How about Labyrinth?

I mean, think about it, the visuals and scale of the setting ALONE would translate beautifully in the anime style.

And of course, the Goblin King as an anime character invites SO many ideas...

Honestly think that if you pulled twitter from the App Store and shut it down it would fuck up the entire right wing ecosystem at that point. Like the entire media apparatus would fall apart.

NEW: GoFundMe's rules forbid fundraisers tied to legal funds for violent crimes. One for the ICE agent who killed Renee Good, currently nearing $500K, changed the language in its description after @wired.com reached out (but not in the images at the top of the page, oops) @dell.bsky.social reports:
GoFundMe Ignores Own Rules by Hosting a Legal-Defense Fund for the ICE Agent Who Killed Renee Good
The fundraiser for the ICE agent in the Renee Good killing has stayed online in seeming breach of GoFundMe’s own terms of service, prompting questions about selective enforcement.

This FWIW is a good example of what I am talking about. I don’t think Dan Goldman is ever going to say the words “abolish ICE” and activists should work to replace him with someone who will. But also, Goldman speaking in these terms isn’t a bad thing. It is, like I said, a good start.
Some good suggestions from @brianbeutler.bsky.social. I think Rep Daniel Goldman offers a good start at how Dems might approach this going forward here:
