Unfortunately said toddler seems to have decided that five minutes of pretending to be asleep on an Ikea showroom bed counts as her nap today
Just spent an absolutely lovely morning just going around Ikea. Amazing how joyful even a mundane thing can become when you're doing it with a toddler who has never done it before (as far as she can remember).

I tried to do some drawing meditation and i enjoyed drawing but couldn’t get the meditation part, my brain wouldn’t shut up and kept going on about how while doing human art was fulfilling I had in fact got the idea from the internet so we shouldn’t have a full butlerian jihad just kill the techbros

Saw a news report yesterday about children as young as 9 being given weight loss jabs on the NHS, and I think it shows just how utterly bullshit the “lack of research into long term impacts” excuse for banning puberty blockers for trans kids really was. It’s purely ideological.
