I don't know how many of you will remember this but we interviewed John Stallard and Robin Dews back in 2023 but took the video down after we were made aware of Stallard's anti-woke bollocks.

Supernatural had a pretty solid ending... but then carried on for another 9 seasons...
Maybe Babylon 5? We at least got two different endings. Although if I'm making that the criteria then Evangelion gets a look in too.
