I think part of the reason this hasn’t happened more is because most of the time, major candidates don’t disagree on a ton of actual policy. If we all agree that Israel gets unobstructed funding, the military has to expand, and the social safety net needs to shrink, we’re not really “enemies” per se
I appreciate how Zohran Mamdani treats Cuomo like an enemy to defeat instead of a 'respected colleague' the way democrats campaign against their opponents

If we all agree that Israel gets unobstructed funding, the military has to expand, and the social safety net needs to shrink, we’re not really “enemies” per se
