That’s Brent Bozell III, founder of the Media Research Center, nephew of William F Buckley and one of many Council For National Policy members who worked to oppose anti-apartheid efforts in the 1980s. Also, his son was one of the first rioters inside the Capitol on Jan 6. Got four years for it.
So you should really watch this. Just 2 minutes. But a window into the truly radical nature of the people Trump is nominating.

When pressed today, the nominee to be Ambassador to South Africa refuses to oppose reinstituting laws to prevent black people from voting in America.

Morgan Freeman Voiceover: It’s A Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World is not dreck.
Plus Davis was in great demand as a film poster artist, THE primo gig for an illustrator back in his day.

The films were mostly dreck. The studios knew if the the film was a dog, they better hire Jack Davis to lure in filmgoers.

Cloverdale, a tiny town in Sonoma County, California, is being invaded by secretive investors who want to build a new "town."

Of course, the backers of "Esmeralda" have very deep ties to the Network State cult and Peter Thiel.

My feeling is that we have a shifted from Remembrance - of those that died, those that fought, the horrors of war, the horrors that lead to war
To Gratitude - saying thank you for the sacrifice - which naturalises the sacrifice, places it at the centre of our life, and prepares for the next war
